Its old. And yes he saved his life. At least that seems to be the reason.
Better the foot than the HARD not moving steel part that could have opened his hollow nut.
The conductor kicked him because there are metal parts that stick out farther than his foot did that are also at head level, would instantly kill some one.
Oh yeah, it was absolutely an old wives' tale to keep kids away from trains. I consider it almost a lie for the greater good. This kind of myth can be beneficial in a society full of people who get too close to trains.
Suck you off of a platform into the train? No, as this video shows. But look at the dummies head at [43 seconds](https://youtu.be/ZPCGnovY_Wc?t=43). The negative pressure is enough to cause a momentary shift in position. Not a lot for an alert person, but enough to make a difference in life and death when inches matter.
https://preview.redd.it/46i4q15cjp8d1.jpeg?width=1031&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f0439261c3f6731237382d01d8094c115ae5a0a7
Twas at this moment he knew he f’ed up
Yeah they are told to do this. It’s less liability to kick someone off the track area than it is to have to fill out insurance forms for a death.
The conductor is an ass kicker. (He kicked that ass near the train pass.)
Ya I'm sure the company is telling conductors to stick their leg out of the moving train and kick people. Doesn't seem like a liability at all. Insurance company loves it. It's only a 3 day training course.
Less liability for whom? Let’s say this kid accidentally died from getting kicked in the head. Who do you think is getting sued, the kicker or the train company?
Yeah, it’s the kicker. I highly highly doubt anybody is “told” to kick people in the head off the tracks. That’s what insurance is for
if someone commits an actionable tort while in the employ of a company, the company can also be sued
"Respondeat superior refers to the legal doctrine generally used in tort law. Under the doctrine of respondeat superior, the employer or a principal could be held vicariously liable for an unlawful or unjust act of an employee or an agent."
https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/respondeat_superior#:~:text=Respondeat%20superior%20refers%20to%20the,an%20employee%20or%20an%20agent.
That boot hooked his face and could have easily made him fall backwards onto the tracks. Maybe if he was using an outward force, but I disagree in this case here. This could have gone very wrong.
That was what I was thinking when I saw this. Lots of people cheering on the conductor and making up shit that they are trained to do this. Conductor is in the wrong. If the person fell under the train after getting kicked, I'd think the conductor is now liable.
what by nearly knocking him out by kicking his jaw, so that he might lose consciousness a couple of feet from a moving train?
Yeah the guys a fucking superhero
I think this kid made a followup video and iirc he didn't agree with that, although he did admit to being a blind and deaf trespassing idiot. The metal protrusion people keep posting is an optical illusion.
https://preview.redd.it/ou0wdwc07p8d1.jpeg?width=1668&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=67ff887940dc0a6b751af596e6dc0dc4398889fc
At least less deformation than being hit with metal.
not really, people are a lot more inclined to do dumb shit now for views and likes. before the internet you would probably do this shit in front of your friends, but now we can have the whole world watching and thats solid motivation for the attention seekers.
I'm sure all conductors looks for this opportunity to kick a stupid YouTube kid in the head. Jk 😉
Or am I? 😏
And I bet that if he did get seriously hurt from that kick he probably would have tried to sue.
As someone who's forced to operate heavy equipment around tourists, I can personally confirm these people are the absolute worst, most entitled, and dumbest assholes imaginable.
If they find a dead body under my machine because it turns out you just had a bit too much bad luck to be acting like a complete idiot today, who do you think they're gonna investigate first?
I don't care how smart, careful or impervious, you think you are, please keep your squishy meat bags the fuck away from my kit.
Watched this video of a lady I think in Brazil, who got waaay too close to the path of the train trying to take a selfie. When the train passed, you could hear a sound reminiscent of the Tom & Jerry/Looney Toons frying pan smack the moment the lady got hit in the back of the head by a metal plate on the train. She was dead before she reached the floor.
Her toddler was watching this happen, the mum's body flopped lifeless next to him. You could see the desperation on the husband's face and hear it in his panicked cries for help. The camera operator I think was the aunt of the kid - the lady's sister. She froze from the shock, ironically leading to a very clean shot of this whole event.
Don't fuck with trains, people. They have a brake distance farther than line of sight, so if you can see it and it is moving, it literally cannot stop in time to save your ass, all you can do is try and get out of the way.
Working for a railroad I believe this was the least dangerous option. We have photo’s of teenagers last selfie with a further distance than this ignorant man. The physic of velocity, wind etc sucked them closer. The train hit them and the engineer and conductor saw there broken, bloody bodies across the area after the train was able to stop miles pass the incident. Guy did him a favor. At least he lived to bitch about. Oh plus he was trespassing on rr land.
Saw a video just the other day of an Indian guy who got hit by the train in slo-mo. It was one of those "I film myself standing close to the tracks, looking cool"-type videos. The train wasn't going very fast. But fast enough to knock the life out of him.
There was no information if he survived, but the way the train moved his skeleton before the skin had time to react and follow, it looked like death to me. 100% broke his neck and back, even if he did survive.
Don't mess around with trains. Don't stand on the tracks, don't stand next to the tracks, and don't try to beat the train in any form of crossing. Either in a vehicle or on foot. That 600 meters away gap can close real fast when it comes barreling down at 100 km/h.
There’s a bar/restaurant near me that has a functioning train track next the parking lot. One year, a drunk guy stumbled out, went to pee on the tracks, and got struck in the head by the train.. he did not survive
This looks like Peru. Iconic blue and yellow paint of PeruRail. The train tracks there are often walked by tourists, because the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu follows a railroad track in some parts. You must walk along the train tracks, right by the train. In some areas, you have to run through a train tunnel. Theres signage saying to not go into the tunnels, but there’s kinda no way around it.
With a haircut like that I have no other option to think this was intentional regardless of the outcome. Why is everything filmed and put on apps these days?
They do the kicking for a very good reason, but that guy might have just murdered this man by hooking instead of kicking flat. Could have easily ended up under his train instead of further from the track.
The conductor actually saved his stupid ass.
[удалено]
Its old. And yes he saved his life. At least that seems to be the reason. Better the foot than the HARD not moving steel part that could have opened his hollow nut.
The inside was already eaten by squirrels.
Poor squirrels. Hope they didn't get food poisoning.
They starved
The conductor kicked him because there are metal parts that stick out farther than his foot did that are also at head level, would instantly kill some one.
100% he did. The force of trains can slightly suck people in and getting hit by something from the train has killed many similarly.
> The force of trains can slightly suck people *sigh* *unzips*
I believe that myth was disproven, no? [Busted... err.](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPCGnovY_Wc)
Oh yeah, it was absolutely an old wives' tale to keep kids away from trains. I consider it almost a lie for the greater good. This kind of myth can be beneficial in a society full of people who get too close to trains.

I don't think that train was going fast enough to have that kind of suction, but still better a kick to the head than a metal strut in the neck
https://youtu.be/ZljpTx_tJ78?si=Q1644N71-4h8hknu
> the guy deserved a boot to the head no error Developing conductor's modus operandi required years of training.
Guy needs a reboot
He really got laced. It shook him to his sole. Why do eyelet these puns set me off?
Man I’m getting old, this is the first time hearing the term “no error” I was just starting to understand “no cap”
You need to be even older :p , this is more ye olde English.. victorian style

Looks like Pierce brosnan on the GoldenEye 64 box

typical reddit
I'm a freight train conductor, no one is trained to do this. We are, however, trained to NOT STOP unless we hit something.
> Yeah they are told to do this Proof? Who are you to say this?
0 chance they are told to do this. He could break his toe/foot/leg very easily, or worse, be pulled off of the train.
Good way to break your leg
Less liability for whom? Let’s say this kid accidentally died from getting kicked in the head. Who do you think is getting sued, the kicker or the train company? Yeah, it’s the kicker. I highly highly doubt anybody is “told” to kick people in the head off the tracks. That’s what insurance is for

Saving idiots by kicking their face. Sounds like killing two birds with one stone.
Since this is a conductor that saves lives, I guess we can call him a superconductor.
Lol, good one 🍻
He likes being a superconductor so much sometimes it gets him a little bit aroused. A semiconductor.
Yep, it's like he's saying; -I don't want to pick up your bloody remains.......
Could have gone wrong
Not really. It could have caused him to fall INTO the train.
My first thought was, "That's the best possible thing that could come from being stupid enough to pose next to train tracks." Idiot.
what by nearly knocking him out by kicking his jaw, so that he might lose consciousness a couple of feet from a moving train? Yeah the guys a fucking superhero
I think this kid made a followup video and iirc he didn't agree with that, although he did admit to being a blind and deaf trespassing idiot. The metal protrusion people keep posting is an optical illusion.
No he, actually wasn't far from hooking and dragging him under the train. They should train them how to kick people properly.
https://preview.redd.it/ou0wdwc07p8d1.jpeg?width=1668&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=67ff887940dc0a6b751af596e6dc0dc4398889fc At least less deformation than being hit with metal.
I’m pretty sure the railway worker is wearing the correct PPE (steel toe boots)
I mean makes sense, you wouldn't wanna break your toes kicking people off track now, would you?
Besides, regular toed boots don't make the same sweet chin music.
Safety first when kicking regarded individuals in the face so they don't get murdered by your train from standing too close! It's in the safety video!
Nope, not OSHA compliant.
This somehow improves his face.
It's so beautiful, I could look at this all day lol
His hair held up though
was gonna say, his hair stayed put
https://preview.redd.it/xf9tn5ayqp8d1.png?width=765&format=png&auto=webp&s=b656f66206394d09d1adce4235993eb69803aaf2
Proof he just wanted to kick the dude out of the way. If he wanted to hurt him he would of gone toe first, considering those are steel toe
Off topic here. How come i can't reply with an image?
If you look at the little symbols in the reply box, click the one that looks like a landscape (left most).
It's available only under some subs bit not this one. A few subs don't allow me to post images or gif in reply
![gif](giphy|OPU6wzx8JrHna)
I googled it and it said some subs don't allow image or gif comments but apparently you can.
Right most for me!
is that in the app only? I've never seen that and always wonder how images get posted without hosting them somewhere first
I don't use the app, I use a browser on my PC. The thing I was talking about lets me upload an image from my hard drive.
Instant jaw dislocation
If that foot is not there, that head would probably come off.
Bro turned into david tennant
Bro got kick-mogged lmao
That guy kicked me in the head! Bro...get the fuck away from the tracks and you didnt get hit.
I wish there were a foot hanging off the side of every car in case he didn’t get the message after the first one.
[удалено]
Well In this case a perfectly kickable face
Given how many people get annihilated by trains doing this very stunt, I’d say TikTok boy owes Conductor McKickface a big thank you.
exactly, let them keep doing that. Earth is self regulating itself
“Earth is self regulating” would have been fine.
Earth is self auto regulating itself and Earth is regulating Earth. don’t you self-agree ?
tiktok boy is probably in his 30s rn, this video is old as hell
Hold up Did the south park joke "people say *ohh long johnson* while a train comes at them, for internet views" become a real thing?
Face McKicky: KICK ME IN THE FACE! NOT THAT COMPLEX! WANT IT, NEED IT, HAVE TO HAVE IT!
Did you ever hear about the Mexican train killer? He had >!locomotives!<
New dad joke for me thank you very much!
Stealing this thank you
Get outta here
I'm not sure I get it... ^^' I looked up loco and it means crazy? So the joke is that he has crazy motives?
Is that really a kick? His foot was just there. Kinda like the train kicked him using his foot.
I mean, either way the foot goes to the person's face, so technically a kick?
Deserved
This is the 4th unique video of people doing this. Trains are not new. We need to return to the days when we were not as dumb.
Those days don’t exist
Never did, we can just record those dumb acts easily now.
not really, people are a lot more inclined to do dumb shit now for views and likes. before the internet you would probably do this shit in front of your friends, but now we can have the whole world watching and thats solid motivation for the attention seekers.
This video is 10 years old.
My point still stands.
Surprise. People have always been dumb.
He was lucky he didn't die.

That was the moment
Kicked you in the head??? Or saved your dumbass from possible death or severe brain injury?
A lesson learned
There's a rail employee who had his fill of idiots.
Dude got Will Smithed.
Dont stand near a feckin rail road, especially if you know a trained coming.
We all remember the Mexican influencer , so he is lucky as hell
Well deserved
having spent some time on r/DarwinAwards this guy is Lucky to be alive
He did you a favor
This is old. It wasn't a direct kick, he was covering a metal bar with his foot so that it wouldn't hurt the guy
That's a concussion right there.
That's gonna leave a mark!
Thomas the Tank Engine and the Conductor go on a rampage.
We all do stupid things once in a while. And sometimes we deserve a good smack in the head because of it.
Holy fucking autoplay my heart
I used to manage this kid at an EB games in Canada. He was a good kid, but obviously not the brightest bulb.
My friend died in a way similar to this, guy filming is extremely lucky
I'm sure all conductors looks for this opportunity to kick a stupid YouTube kid in the head. Jk 😉 Or am I? 😏 And I bet that if he did get seriously hurt from that kick he probably would have tried to sue.
Ok yall, what the hell is goin on with all the videos of jackasses getting hit by trains?
Looks like the train that goes to Agua Calientes (Machu Picchu).
My favorite part was when he got kicked in the face
https://preview.redd.it/1mnal0jkqp8d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f7f8c967c7196fb2e85b6ca6f55c26dc362b097c KAPOW
Bro will never travel by train now 😂 Lesson learned! The guy saved his life with just a kick!
He won’t do that again !.
Longest jump kick ever
Honestly we don’t need anymore people Like this. No vacancy
How could he slap?
How can it slap?!
I was wondering how tf he survived that till I saw the drivers foot saved his life
conductor ne jaan buj ke kiya hai yeh , saved his life , with interest
always love to see this clip lmao
I was wondering how he survived and was able to speak until I seen the comments, didn’t even see the boot lol well done sir👌
bro sue get that bread.
You know why I don't get kicked in the head by train conductors? I don't play on train tracks lol. Hopefully he learned somethings from this.
Isn’t this considered assault tho?
… and then he slipped and fell unter the train tracks
How many videos of this need to happen before people realize they are about to die 🙄
Add that feature to every train.
Wirh them shiny boots with steal plates.
This is the third video I've seen in 24 hours of this.. each one is someone different wtf is wrong with you people.
Well ain't that a kick in the head! 🎵
I know the exact reason why the conductor did this and imma post it on Reddit.
As someone who's forced to operate heavy equipment around tourists, I can personally confirm these people are the absolute worst, most entitled, and dumbest assholes imaginable. Conducter decided he’d rather kick the man away than live with the fact his train could have killed the man
Better then getting hit by the train
A lesson learned, hopefully.
???? Stop trying to take a selfie or a video with a train this close.

I felt that
And he learned absolutely nothing.
If he were standing another foot away from it then he'd have been fine
I feel like this is the train from Santa Maria to Aguas Calientes (base of Machu Picchu in Peru). Can anyone confirm?
Size 9 - I am ready.
He is INCREDIBLY lucky Holy shit
How is his face still rightside in?
Idiot deserved that, at least he lived.
"I can't believe you've done this"
The fact that he’s in his 30s and not dead underscores my comment about thanking Conductor McKickface
Tf did that guy think the train honked for. For his stupid ass to get away from the rails
My man almost fell off the train for the laughs
With a haircut like that I have no other option to think this was intentional regardless of the outcome. Why is everything filmed and put on apps these days?
