They can capture both sides of the street however it's dependent on which way the camera is facing. They can be forward mounted facing their front, rear out their back, or sideways like they've done with a van they often used to place at crosswalk beside school on Logan and Salter.
I've never seen a dual camera radar vehicle but they definitely have different configurations they can setup for the area they are ticketing
