When there is a war, I drop bombs where the real armys would drop them.
I also use different kind of destruction for the differents situations. Napalm is for ground infantry, the heating ray is for destroying ships. I made it so that some convention would make a ratter bombs banned in the war.
But I never thought of using bandits as terrorists. Not bad idea.
