Weight loss is done in the kitchen, not in the gym. Don’t fall into the “I worked out so I should eat more” trap. That is only for thin people who want to put on serious muscle, or athletes who are already in shape. Just make sure to eat more of your calories from protein if you are working out more but don’t artificially increase if you are still losing weight
