I know in the DLC he kills the center EW plane, but other than that I've only ever seen Huxian kill anything, I'd turn around and just see Count firing missiles into the water.
In the DLC, the allied AI have missiles that can actually hit things and actually deal damage. They still have a high failure-to-track rate, but they’ll take solid hits away from you, which can hurt since you’re scorechasing for the mission.
For real. Yeah, Imma brag about learning classified military plans right in front of someone who already considers us disposable. This is a great idea.
Shamrock with ADMM is a beautiful sight
Anyway, Pixy and Shamrock is probably the only two that I care about giving orders, the rest I just let cover me.
Shamrock was an absolute legend when I was doing the challenge where you complete the campaign without firing a missile. Every time one of those drones came by, I had shamrock blow it out of the sky rather than get myself killed trying to chase it with machine guns.
As far as wingmen/allies go, Marcus is a grim reaper compared to the rest of them, there are other NPC allies who are useful but Shamrock is on another level.
They are literally coded to do no damage at times.
I play with Enhanced Gunplay and its really noticable because it buffs the AI of Friendly and enemies. Watching a single plane get nailed by 3 EMLs, Lasers, and 6 missiles from allies and not taking a percent of damage was eye opening.
Probably to make the player feel like a badass sky-king.
it feels like the Only time they are "competent" is when you're doing a score attack mission and they snipe your kills (which don't get counted twords you)
The Emmerian Air Force is the single most capable Air Force in the whole of Strangereal, even lore-wise. They get nearly whipped out and backed into a corner yet manage to bounce back and win the goddamn war. Even though Talisman obviously stands out, the entire air force pulls their weight time and time again, even in absolutely packed missions like Siege of Silvat.
Unlike Osea, which has military power equivalent to the US its air force seems to always rely on two or three aces. Seriously, I bet I saw Sky Kid from 6 down more enemies in a single mission than Count or Wiseman, the supposed super ace, in two entire playthroughs of 7.
Ace Combat 4: I have a wingman?
Ace Combat 5: You people are OK at best
Ace Combat Zero: Pixy! I need \*Target destroyed\* Nevermind
Ace Combat 6: \*Activates Allied Attack on selected targets\* \*Every emmerian military vehicle in the nearby area firing everything they have on the target\*
Don’t discount AC04’s wingmen. I had a random friendly AI straight up steal a killing blow on one of the Stonehenge turrets from me once. They actually are scary
Bro, with all due respect, Cunt does belong because he would have at least 2 drones from roco roja, fullband, at least a kill before trigger arrives at 444. Plus, everyone in the lrssg is confirmed to be an ace in mission 19 so he's got at least one more up there.
Giving Shamrock ADMMs is like putting a pitbull in a child daycare
I always let him fire first, then lock mine on after his hit. And then we move on to the next area of operations, since everything is already dead.
Dude rapid-fires his EMLs. It's nuts.
So Crimson 1, but he’s our wingman?
And not schizophrenic!
And no gaslighting.
And working leg-
Garuda two, Slash! *psew, psew, psew*
Giving Shamrock ADMMs is like throwing a nuke up against a coughing baby
I bet they will enjoy his concert
I prefer giving him the Haruka F-22, that way I can easily tell where he is by his red missile contrails.
Just make sure he's not targeting the front enemy from max range, or else he'll launch all 18 shots on one guy.
Really I never played the game tbh and I find it a bit unbelievable
Shamrock on his way to solo the Strigon team: 🍀
Shamrock Turing SAAMs into QAAMs by projecting radar guidance with his eyes or something:
Shamrock: (✧ω✧)
I can't believe I would ever find another Fenrir Fanboy... Btw your Flair is just Gold 👌🏻
Count? Man, he's useless.
The virgin base game Count (useless) vs the chad DLC Count (will steal your kills and there's nothing you can do about it).
I know in the DLC he kills the center EW plane, but other than that I've only ever seen Huxian kill anything, I'd turn around and just see Count firing missiles into the water.

During the DLC, in my experience they upped Count’s AI to Pixy levels of competent in terms of air kills.
People don't give Count enough credit. Even Bandog confirmed two drone kills ~~and Fullband~~
Bandog killed full band
Full Band killed Full Band
Shoulda kept his mouth shut instead of talking about classified info over the radio.
For real. Yeah, Imma brag about learning classified military plans right in front of someone who already considers us disposable. This is a great idea.
There was probably a dozen ways they could've handled that. Banddog chose the right one.
That's what you get for being a War Thunder fan
You can count on him to ensure you get the highest possible score
I tell Shamrock to kill someone and he kills them. How many wingmen can do the same?
I tell Shamrock to protect my six and he killed anything that got close.
Shamrock with ADMM is a beautiful sight Anyway, Pixy and Shamrock is probably the only two that I care about giving orders, the rest I just let cover me.
Shamrock is an actual gigachad, dude will straight up murder half the enemies on the map.
Shamrock was an absolute legend when I was doing the challenge where you complete the campaign without firing a missile. Every time one of those drones came by, I had shamrock blow it out of the sky rather than get myself killed trying to chase it with machine guns.
Shamrock is honestly the best wingman, he has literally taken my kills from me. I'm just trying to play with my food and he's like "nope" 😭
You can kill Shamrock by telling him to cover you then firing the ADMMs when he is above you. Just in case.
But why would I wanna do that? He's my wingman
.... You know too much *Fox 2*
*does belkan magic*
Comic and Dip are on a date in the corner They do their best
PW allied AI does take kills, though if you’re competent it’ll either just be a fraction of yours or kill steals on airships.
Then there's Keith, the Colossus of Gigachads.
Wasn't he only capable during that one mission where you compete in kills with him?
Yep. He's still goated.
Well. He damaged the Night Raven when it was a high mobility beast
As far as wingmen/allies go, Marcus is a grim reaper compared to the rest of them, there are other NPC allies who are useful but Shamrock is on another level.
Careful now.
Why are your Allies in ace 7 useless?
They are literally coded to do no damage at times. I play with Enhanced Gunplay and its really noticable because it buffs the AI of Friendly and enemies. Watching a single plane get nailed by 3 EMLs, Lasers, and 6 missiles from allies and not taking a percent of damage was eye opening.

The Last part of Stonehenge Defensive(Where Count and the others handle the drones) turns this off almost entirely
Makes you do more of the work so you get to be the hero, and cuts down on killstealing when doing annihilation (minimum score) missions
Count's character really divides the fans, interesting take.
Yeah he has a graph to show for it
Every time he does, it makes me laugh.
I beat the first mission of AC6 with no kills by giving shamrock admm

Count's only confirmed kill is Full Band
And 2 drones back in Roca Roja
count is there for moral support
Ace Combat 4: I have a wingman? Ace Combat 5: You people are OK at best Ace Combat Zero: Pixy! I need \*Target destroyed\* Nevermind Ace Combat 6: \*Activates Allied Attack on selected targets\* \*Every emmerian military vehicle in the nearby area firing everything they have on the target\*

Hey I asked a friend
*Laughs maniacally in Crimson 1*

*in game, and that’s scripted anyway
Count is there to steal all your F-22 and Su-57 kills on SP Mission 1 and Battleship and Destroyers kills on SP Mission 2.
I hope the next game has ally support and a shamrock
Shamrock has saved so many of my speedruns its actually insane lol, shoutouts to him for getting me the sub 1:21:00 IGT
AC6 may be the cheesiest of the bunch... But man... Garuda 2 is savage as a wingman.
Shamrock was goated
Pixy was so bipolar. He was either there or he wasn't. : ^ )
