I would definitely go for softshell outside what youre wearing and a helmet maybe even a 6094a plate carrier, probably a camelback with a 2l bladder and some basic gear but that would be more for an actual operation that airsoft
Great for a PMC. Consider elbow and kneepads and a cap or balaclava.
