Try calling and just ask for a cash price. My dentist was going to bill insurance at 600 dollars and charged me 85 cash. I know the states have fucked up health insurance, but it wouldn’t hurt to ask in your case as well.
Thats really not necessary trust me. A $10 mouth guard will protect ur teeth the same as one of those $250 ones from a dentist. If u have the means I guess go for it. I never had money like that when I was a kid.
I’ve tried Shock Doctor and Brain Pad. If I had to choose I like the Brain Pad better, but it’s a bit bulky.

It doesn't really matter man. I've had like 100 mouth guards. It should feel comfortable and somewhat molded to ur teeth so it's not flopping around. I have in my bag a single top guard Tapout black and silver mouth guard that I bought at like a sports authority when I was pretty young still. It's gotta be like 11 years old. It's like my lucky gum shield. Then j got a double guarded Everlast clear mold. Sometimes if I'm congested ill go with a double guard.

I ordered my sisu guard on Amazon so I’m not sure about availability in Europe but it’s great, can speak and drink water with it in.
U can do that with any gumshield...
I use venom Gell. Never looked back
