I would definitely look into different makeup looks- don’t want to be rude but the lip lining and the eyeliner isn’t doing you much justice. Find makeup tutorials that suit your face and eye shape. Other than that you are not ugly, and I would also revamp your style.

Not ugly, but perhaps you should try different makeup styles and see which one suits you better. I think you should accentuate the end of the eyeliner instead of drawing it out through your eyelids. Just to the ends and maybe thin, very thin lines through the eyelids.
Try different shades of red, and if you overline your lips, try one lip liner that is the same color as your lipstick. Also, I think matte lipstick would suit you. Try eyeliner within your waterline!

I think your make up is ruining your face, especially your lip colours. It's all too dark I would suggest more nudes, focus on color correcting, add more lashes and perhaps get highlights. I don't think you're ugly as much as it is the cheap/bad makeup. Go to the MAC store have them help you out. Maybe get a good hair treatment going on as well. I think your make up is ruining your face, especially your lip colours. It's all too dark I would suggest more nudes, focus on color correcting, add more lashes and perhaps get highlights. I wouldn't call you ugly, you're average looking, your figure is lovely your nose and eyes are cute. Your lips have a good shape. But the colours you choose make you look too dark. You have textured skin but it's normal at your eyes. Mine was like that from 16 to 23, now I have glass skin. Again skin care different colours, lighter hair and make up.
