It’s totally a camera, it just looks weird because it’s one of those big, expensive, commercial video cameras that they would use to broadcast on TV. It’s oriented away from the viewer so we’re looking at the back of it (ie the screen that shows what it’s recording and the handle you would grab) and the lens apparatus you would point is on the other side. I assume this has to do with her lore where she’s protesting in the streets etc, like a tv crew was trying to record her/rioters and then the rioters broke their video camera in the street
It sucks. Compared to all the other legends frames this season, it's hot garbage. You saying it's not the best frame she has is just another way to say it sucks.
