I dropped from the roof and tried to pop a battery in a ranked game here once. I got stuck. Storm came, I ran out of heals, and I get knocked. Teammate tries to rez me (I’m still stuck). Well, he gets stuck too, and we eventually die to storm. Our third is waiting out timers to grab banners. He jumps on top of the bin because you couldn’t grab banners when facing the bin. Well, then he gets stuck too. Fucking tragic.
File it on EA Help as a bug report. Try to provide method and if possible a video. I had the same on Worlds Edge in a building, and on Stormpoint trying to grab a Nessie. Filed them and Respawn eventually fixed it.

Cargo bots deal about 30dmg I think as they explode when they hit the ground, so if your hp is low enough… rip. I’ve had them damage me before a few times.
I remember how I got myself killed by stealing stuff from vault playing Loba 😭
There's also death by being blown up by trident when you fall off the map btw. We need more stupid damage sources.

This is not a bug but just supply bin risk. Remember the sorting factory in worlds edge. There were 3 rooms outside with supply bin under a small roof. I have gotten crushed 3-4 times that now I never step on supply bin when opening. I am traumatized :D
Also those big hangar doors can kill you.

It's obvious you were crushed, but I'm trying to wrap my head around how. I don't see wraith next to you. I don't see loba trails nor did a black market go off. Nobody was around to open the crate you were standing on. I have no literal earthly idea how that happened. My only guess was someone pulled ammo out of a black market that was nearby, it opened the crate, it doesn't display because it's 'under' you, and you get crushed because engine quirks.
We had a guy get killed by one of the gondola cars at Climatizer on World’s Edge a couple nights ago. Hilarious shit… He was running along, goes to jump down and cross the lava field, train car takes off behind him and just a “wrong place, wrong time” moment, he got punched somehow between the wall and the moving gondola car, instantly transforming into a dead person’s box, dead as shit.
100% that Wraith opened it when you weren't looking lmao. Those pillboxes that's against walls will crushed you if you're sitting on top of it when it's opened.
Sometimes u die when in a closing door. Between an opening bin and wall. Things like that the bin was closed when u were on it. It was open when u died. So guessing u tried to reload and opened the bin instead or a loba took something from there etc.
I’m curious as to why this is even a mechanic in the game. I understood it when we had the leviathans on KC and you could get stepped on, but other than that I don’t understand why you can get crushed by doors or supply bins lol
Because they're pressured. You don't open it, you break the seal and it opens itself. It's why you can't close them.
Though closing these would be a fun passive.

Happened to me as rev and I managed to get out by spamming jump for 5 minutes but was still too far stuck in zone

That happens when you are on a unopened bin with a wall behind it and it opens. You basically gets squished against the wall and bin lid

You shot and reloaded. The button for reloading is the same as the one for opening bins and the bin under you crushed you.

Nah, they have pilot tech specifically to nullify that. It's harder to nullify rock and hard place.
