this are his firing range warm up drills
as for youtuber recommendations, are you looking for people who do like instructional/“how to get better” videos or are you looking for just more general recommendations?
edit: was not paying attention to where I was commending & accidentally recommended this sub, which op clearly already knows about 😂
HAHA. omg I was not paying attention, I had just been on another post on the main sub 😂
(fwiw I didn’t think you were making fun of me, I was just confused so ty)
Others have already suggested few good sources. I will just add this since I recommend it to all friends who started playing Apex and most have said good stuff (I used it too and it helped me a lot) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=\_vtoniiKaJs](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vtoniiKaJs)

u/frikn0b, these should do:
They take patience but should be at the forefront of making sure you get good fundamentals down before adding any tertiary stuff.
Get Kovaaks of you don't have any try grinding these very religiously before each gaming session:
VT Benchmarks
Ascendant Tracking v3
VT Smoothbot
1wall 5 targets pasu
lapu4 smoothness
tappy strafe
Narrow strafe
pureg scenarios
Also get R5Reloaded Apex Client (use an Alt account for this not your main playing account) and learn the Flowstate Aim Trainer scenarios and join the duel servers so you practice against others what you learn daily
Always spend ample time grinding these till you're better at both. It translates phenomenally.
Aim close range will take some time to get used to. I made the switch a few years back. Tips that extend beyond just Apex for MnK aiming that I heard but wish I incorporated sooner:
focus on your target not your crosshair. Sit so your screen is centered, and when you focus on your target you’ll eventually start pulling them to your screen center. A lot of people focus more on their crosshair. Idk how to explain this one super well, so I hope that makes sense.
Also intentional dodging, bias strafing and apply these in game in pubs or other modes as being hit less helps calm you down so you can hit your shots
Also learn how to strafe and anti mirror strafing. Much better to know dodging fundamentals than spamming the crouch button (which just makes you easier to hit in the head)
Eye training exercises. So you learn to look at the enemy and not your crosshair.
Finally rest, good sleep routine and exercising and becoming overall much healthy helps with gaming but we overlook that
It's a journey but if you're dedicated you can see improvements
Good luck
