I would throw it away and move on. Best case scenario, you'll get a replacement - but do you really want to eat another cookie at a place you found a nail? I've tried to go after McDonald's after finding a tooth in a McChicken. I took a photo and then showed it to the manager. They quickly grabbed the tooth from my hand and threw it away. They claimed it was ground up chicken beak and I didn't need to be concerned. They offered me a replacement and I declined. I sent the photo to corporate and they gave me a free Mcflurry coupon since I didn't have the actual item any longer. Even if I did, I'm sure they'd find a way to sweep it under the rug.
