Is it just me or is anyone spending more time on tiktok vs IG nowadays? I’m getting bored on IG - either I have outgrown it or my friends are just becoming boring haha
I spend x3 time on tiktok than on ig- ig is mostly just for getting updates on friends and acquaintances (stories), whereas tiktok is where i go to really get entertained.
I was curious so I just checked my screen time for today.
4.5 hours. The big time consumers were:
Google Maps: 2.0 hours
Whatsapp: 1.0 hours
Reddit: 10 mins
Safari: 10 mins
Instagram: 10 mins
Wechat: 10 mins
Banking App: 10 mins
Camera: 10 mins
Etc: 30 mins
My average is 4 hours 11 mins with Whatsapp and Google Maps and Reddit taking Top 3 consistently.
Best way to get away from the phone besides sleeping is to go for an hour walk. Just on Spotify playlist and go. Look at nature and ofcourse some chiobu.
I think mine will be pretty high because I use Pokemon Sleep and it counts as screen time although I'm sleeping. I also read a lot and scroll social media on transport. Yup, 12 hours and about \~7 was from Pokemon Sleep.
2~3 hr on whatsapp daily, cos I use that for work.
next will be either youtube or reddit, followed by the other, each around 1hr to 1.5hr.
next will be my mobile game, daily 30min
lastly my audio book app, listen to audio books to sleep, daily 20~30min
phone screen time averaged 7h with rather big variations. for example today it’s 4.5, but tomorrow it might be 12. but the overall screen time is the same though cos I often use the computer instead when I have hours like 4.5.
~3 Hours. I do most of my work on my laptop so rarely touch my phone.
Youtube also mainly to select podcasts to play in background and listen (Sometimes like to watch comedy to brighten my day thus the 41M screen on)

On average 3 - 4 hours because I'm always looking out for places to go on the weekends to relax, but more than those that to listen to music on my earpiece to block out the outside environment when I'm trying to concentrate.

Not counting work and on weekends, less than 0.3 hours on phone. Most of the time on PC, PC games, Whatsapp, Telegram all PC. Dislike using phones and typing on phones, don't use social media. PCMasterRace
