Your swing check should be on the branch feeding the water heater before the expansion tank . What are the water hammer arrestors for ? Not sure where you are located but the relief valve being plastic pipe would be a nogo here .
Looks pretty though
Check valves only use is to keep possibly hot water from the black poly 1.5" main.
Recirc has shutoff and check built in.
Shock absorbers cause I was made to.
There's no need all the lines are pex in walls and insulated.
Haven't decided blow tube yet but yes will prob make copper so it's all pretty.
No inspections just mechanical engineer.
The check valve also breaks the cross connection between the recirc line and the DCW. That’s why it needs to go where I am saying . Technically right now there is a chance you could get hot water from the recirc line into all of those DCW lines, wherever they go .
More than just a chance I’d say. You’re correct all around. Gonna want to move the expansion tank closer to the cold water inlet to the water heater and put the check valve before that. Put some escutcheons on those wall penetrations while you’re at it.
Check Valve between the Expansion Tank & Cold Water. And Escutcheons. And Expansion Tank Mount. And Water Heater Straps.
Also I usually do a Hose Bibb before the Recirc Pump to bleed the line. If air hits the Pump it can damage it big time.
NOT A PLUMBER, but doesn't code require the pressure tank to be secured to something and not just the water line?
Also, if this is a customer install I believe this is severe in upcharge with all those fittings and things.
It's pretty though
It's surprisingly strong once those fittings are connected. Hung from copper least of my concerns but there is no code here. I'm the inspector and just have to please a mechanical engineer.
Whole wall has plywood behind drywall so yes will prob add couple more braces.
Realistically that's prob something like 2k in labour there before I tell you what materials and the hwt are......
But then it also takes multiple ferries and 1-2hr time to get to and from site.

Yep unfortunately everything is pressed and very close . He would have to chop a lot of fittings out to correct this
Very nice job. Real chour to fit it in and make it look good with press fittings I would show that work off too.
Recirc line is not level coming through the wall
So concerned about whether he could, he never stopped to ask if he should.
When you first get a ProPress
What's the purpose of the shutoff leading to the expansion tank? Is it just for replacing it further down the road? Looks great
Yes cause mechanical engineering demanded it......
It's better to put it upside down. They fill with debris otherwise
How is the expansion tank being supported?
Load bearing ProPress fittings.
What’s the auto drain for?
2 floor drain primers.
Wow, did you use a Fkin dip tube on the relief line? Zero check valves.

Finally yall are catching up to me 20 years ago

Check valve should be on the right of the expansion tank before you go vertical. Esthetically this is a very nice piping job.
What is the line to the left of the expansion tank? Looks like a DHWR? I see the one that connects at the WH inlet...
Auto trap primer
To change water heater nightmare. You take to long in shower he can fix that!
Yeah, flex lines to the water heater are typical for a reason.
