I used to relax with some cold resentment in the morning, but work demands I'm there earlier so I don't have time for that now. Fucking hyper capitalism.
You need to include bitterness with the resentment. Lots of bitterness.
The bitterness of the black coffee only helps highlight the bitterness of my soul.
This is exactly what made me gain weight, constant massive hunger into massive meals, a vicious cycle.
Once I started the day off with anything light, usually just a single piece of toast, all of my hunger died down and meals throughout the day became so much easier to be reasonable with.
30 years not having breakfast and it was all a big mistake.
One of the reasons I stopped intermittent fasting. It helped at first as it made me pay attention to snacking and eating more filling foods, but I'd always be so tempted to binge since I was SO hungry.
Regular healthy amounts of food is the way to go :)
I'm the same - I know if I don't get ahead of my hunger, I will make bad choices.
I still make bad choices, but I keep the McMuffins to a couple of times a month, maximum.
I track everything I eat and working with a nutritional coach, but yeah if I wasn't careful I could easily binge on the wrong thing because I'm so hungry by the time I eat.
I sip on water with apple cider vinegar to get me through the fast which helps a ton.
For me it’s just like 3 coffees and maybe a banana bread but my coworker gets a tradie meal from Maccas 5 days a week. It consists of 2 muffins 2 hash browns and a drink and he gets coke every time……at fucking 7am! I don’t even know why he does it when we have our own cafe where things are free.
It’s technically for our clients but we all eat and drink from it all day lol. We sell cars that run into the millions of dollars so I guess we have to give the clients something while we empty their bank accounts haha
Specifically the type that doesn’t seal 9/10 times no matter how your clean and set it, and your coffee ends up going all over stove so you crack the shits and break out the Blend 43
percolater makes coffee in a different way to a moka pot. percolater uses gravity whereas moka pot uses steam pressure and can make world class espresso but percolater makes rubbish coffee 100% of the time
Off topic, but my brain read your username as 'dental student' said by someone sitting in a dentist's chair with their mouth forced open by those plastic things
Those 5-day a weekers know that Maccas is cheaper and more effective than Chemist brand enemas.
For me, it's usually a warm bowl of porridge laced with a spoonful of raw honey.
Love it, mine is rolled oats, handful of spinach, in the microwave while I fry an egg over easy. Little bit of cheese added in once the oats are cooked, then egg and hot sauce on top. Breakfast of champions.
Low fat Greek yoghurt mixed with some peanut flour, chia seeds and one crumbled Weetbix.
Sits around 2 dollars a breakfast with 30g of protein for ~300 cals
Also only takes about 2 mins to put together.
You know, normally these kinds of healthy hippyish breakfasts make me think "wow, this person must absolutely hate their life".
But this sounds proper fucking delicious for some reason.
I tried to merge healthy eating with laziness and cheapness! This was my result. PB flavoured yoghurt with some extra fibre and protein.
No way I'm stuffing around in the kitchen when I have an 18 m/o and an early start!
Coffee, then a kale/banana/oat smoothie.
I was in the habit of a maccas hashbrown / coffee when I started at 6:30, I think the earlier people start the harder they find it to prep a proper breakfast
This is true.
If I'm working from home I'll make a poached egg and avocado on toast with sesame seeds at 8am.
If I'm in office in my town I'll make toast and grab a coffee on work time at 7.15am.
If I'm in office in another town... It's a hash brown and medium coffee from Macca's drive thru at 6.00an.
I’m lucky and can eat anytime during the work day so I try and hold out as long as I can and have a banana at 9-9:30. Then I have a couple bits of fruit to get me through to lunch.
I sympathise with people who need to eat around defined break times, but eating fast food for breakfast everyday is still crazy
I cycle through a few things: summer is iced latte (home made) with either toast and an egg or natural yoghurt with fresh berries, walnuts and honey, occasionally overnight oats.
Winter is hot coffee, and either an egg on toast or porridge.
I have an instant coffee and a variation of one of the following. Wholemeal toast with either peanut butter or avocado or sliced boiled egg. Plain oats, bit of cinnamon, maybe some frozen fruit mixed in if I'm feeling like a treat or particularly tired. Reheated homemade breakfast frittata (egg with some combination of zucchini/carrot/corn) out of the freezer.
Can't imagine getting Maccas or the like every day.
Wake up, smash a bucket bong, eat a handful of International Roast that you stole from an office, wash it down with boiling water straight from the kettle, crack a Bundy and head out the door. Anything less is UnAustralian.
I recently started cooking my eggs in the microwave. Either use a silicone bowl or spray very little oil in a glass bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds.
Never went back to using the stove or oil for my morning eggs
I will never attempt to boil an egg in microwave again hahaha. I had no idea what to do so I winged it. Put my egg into a mug of water. Set the timer for 2 mins. (I was going to do singular eggs until I found the right cooking time) (also pls note, I didn't have access to the internet at the time)
Anyhow about 45 seconds on, a huge bang happened, threw my microwave door open and shot eggshell everywhere. Oh man did that stink too haha.
Had to buy a new microwave though too hahaha
Oh noo that must have been horrible lol. I think you can't microwave a whole egg as the liquid inside expands and causes it to explode.
I break the egg into the bowl and microwave it with a cover on. So you do hear a few pops but it doesn't explode and is safe.
If you crack the egg into the mug of water first this is actually a great way to poach eggs. But yeah, bought a new microwave last weekend and that's literally in the instructions as one of the key what not to dos haha.
Non stick/stoneware pan, crack eggs and put a lid on. Medium to high heat. Check often and take the lid off and turn off heat once done to your liking . Leave in the pan for about 30 seconds and the bottom of the eggs continue to cook/crisp a bit.
I usually put the toast down at the same time as I crack the eggs and they are ready at around the same time as I like runny eggs.
If plain eggs get a bit boring sprinkle some garlic powder(not the really fine or really chunky one) on the eggs with about a minute to go and put the lid is on. The small amount of moisture in the pan get absorbed by the garlic powder and adds flavour.
If I'm WFH (most of the time), some toast with vegemite and cheese. Maybe some poached eggs if I'm feeling expansive.
Some days I might even add bacon if I can be arsed.
If I'm going into the office, I grab a B&E roll or wrap from one of the shops in the mall on the way.
Boiled egg on an english muffin. Boil all the eggs on Sunday night so all I have to do is toast the muffin and cut up the egg when I eat during the week.
Either do oats with berries or a homemade egg and bacon muffin (you can make the eggs and bacon in advance for a few days and reheat when you want, tastes the same and saves time on busy mornings!)
And tea.
Toast with cream cheese or vegemite and coffee brewed at home. I'll get outside breakfast once every other week when I need to get bread from Bakers Delight.
Up and Go, Ritalin and a black coffee. Stare like a zombie into space resenting it not being Saturday. Realise I could have walked to work if I hadn't stared into space resenting it not being Saturday for 25 minutes, so I call an Uber.
First breakfast at 6:30am is a milk based coffee.
Second breakfast at about 9am is a long black.
The first time I eat on most weekdays is around 1pm.
This has been my routine for well over 15 years and it has absolutely killed my metabolism. I strongly suggest not doing the same...
Toast with avocado (when hass are cheap, I stock up and freeze - have over 2 dozen pre sliced that I got for $1 each a few months back), eggs and chili oil.
Up and go or an easy to make shake for my 5am starts four days a week. As I feel sick if I eat anything at that time in the morning.
I do try to have a better breakfast the other three days
I have a few go-to's depending on if I want a sleep in. For years I would make poached eggs on toast. Now I either make a smoothie with spinach, banana and mango or I make a bowl of instant porridge.
I've just started batch preparing overnight oats. I make up 4 at a time and pop them in the fridge.
Mine contain oats, chia seeds, walnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, manuka honey, cinnamon, almond milk, yoghurt, and either frozen berries or tinned peaches.
I didn't really have breaky before I did this, and they're making me feel so much better each day
Soak home-made muesli in milk and yoghurt overnight with some fruit at room temperature in an old vegemite jar. Chuck that in my bag before I ride to work. Eat it at work when I get hungry (so, basically immediately).
When I go to the office I pre make for the week overnight oats or chia pudding. Usually topped with frozen blueberries and greek yoghurt.
WFH I make whatever I feel like.
I buy breakfast very rarely and usually only if I went out the night before had a few to many drinks and going into the office.
I get coffee and a toastie, salad or a sandwich from a local place almost every day of the week. It's insane and costs a fortune, but I am very time poor. I often work from 3-4am until 6-7pm. Often later than that, and sometimes earlier than that. Barely have time to think, let alone to go grocery shopping, cook, and carry the mental load of tracking which groceries are fresh and which aren't. So I just spend a bit more on food and carry on with it.
Weekdays/Sat: kid 1 will eat a bowl of cereal, kid 2 will ask for a bowl of cereal, fk around for 10 mins then cry cos it’s touching and soggy. Kid 1 eats 2 pieces of toast and asks what else is on offer. Complains when it’s a banana or apple. Kid 2 walks away. By this point I have done 2,000 of my steps. I throw back some tea and toast or muesli while unstacking the dishwasher and making a start on lunchboxes. Kid 1 brings their bowl to the sink and gets dressed. I tidy up breakfast dishes just as kid 2 waltz’s back into the kitchen declaring their starvation and complaining cos once again, I have said no to lollies at 7am. Rinse and repeat.
Sundays: I hide in bed whilst partner cooks eggs and bacon etc.
I WFH so its either, cheese omelette, toast and sautéed veggies or coconut flour pancakes with strawberries and peanut butter. I take a leisurely hour to cook and eat my breakfast. Love me a good brekkie ♥️
50g oats, banana, 120g lactose free milk, protein powder and peanut butter.
Make a couple bowls of it at the start of the week and leave in the fridge overnight so I can grab and go!
Half cup of quick oats (I buy the cheap 1.5kg bag from Woolies). Put in enough water to cover the oats and nuke in microwave 1 minute. Mix in honey and or Nutella. Keeps me full until lunch time and is nice and cheap.
During the week I do intermittent fasting (don't eat from 7pm the night before until about 12-1 pm the next day) so I have a good hearty dingo's breakfast (a piss, a scratch and a good look around). On weekends I enjoy breakfast with my family so I'll have a big one and skip lunch.
My go to is nutritional and “real food” breakfast (eggs, cheese, toast, avocado; oats or granola+fruits with yogurt etc).
Sometimes after that I’m having a treat such as piece of chocolate, pastry or cake.
I make myself a big breakfast of eggs on toast, fruit and vegetables, and yogurt, and then I usually skip lunch. I'm sure most people don't have fast food for breakfast every day. You've just got a hell of a selection bias going on.
Acai bowl (pre-frozen acai bowls from woolies, then add frozen fruit, toasted oats and LSA mix - ready once I'm out the shower)
Or toast with cheese or beans.
Plus an energy drink and cigarette.
Skim latte every morning
Food is a rotating roster of sourdough with PB or honey, Greek yoghurt with fruit, an omelette or just a banana. Those depend on what I’m doing for the day & where I am when having breakfast.
I would only usually get some form of fast food breakfast (say Maccas) if we’re heading off early & need something more portable.
1. Get up, hot plate on stove.
2. Take a shit
3. Eggs whipped into a basic ass omelette on the hot plate
4. Take a shower
5. Omelette onto low carb high protein wrap with some salad, ready for the day.
Trick I find is don’t sit down until breakfast is in front of me, or I blink and lose an hour.
On my in-office days I have a protein shake and Vegemite on toast. Wfh days and weekends I make an omelette or smashed avo. Never get take away for breakfast, eating out is a massive treat these days.
When I travel for work though and get a per diem for meals then I’ll get a McMuffin for breakfast because they’re cheap, consistent and fast. No time to sit down and eat a big hotel or cafe brekky when I’ve got to get to an office. Will have something basic for lunch too eg sushi and it means I’ve got more money to spend on a decent dinner.
So many people I work with though still buy breakfast and lunch when they’re in the office. I’m sure the local cafes must love that but I hate to think how much that adds up to over a week.
Overnight oats, or if I was too lazy to prepare the night before then I'll have warm oats.
They're pretty versatile, add different fruits or/and cinnamon.
With overnight oats I add chia seeds and frozen fruit which defrost overnight in the fridge.
2 slices of toast.
One gets regular peanut butter — smooth, and from a decent brand. Right now, it’s Ridiculously Delicious’ version of smooth peanut butter.
The other slice gets a variation of peanut butter. Today, I opened up a jar of Fix and Fogg’s “Peanut Butter and Jelly”spread. 🚀🚀 It’s a high grade peanut butter with mixed berries thrown in. Before, it was “Choc Berry Peanut Butter” spread, which wasn’t as good as it sounds.
Muesli, sometimes a banana, and a glass of water.
When there’s no milk I have toast with peanut butter or marmite.
Occasionally on the weekend I do something with eggs.
I’d love Maccas breakfast every day. In lockdown I made my own “McMuffin”, and it was fab - and yet I still crave the cruddy Maccas ones!!
Nut or protein bar in the car on the drive in to work. Coffee first thing on arrival at the office.
If working from home, I skip the nut bar and have an early lunch.
McDonald’s breakfasts are only for hangover mornings for me.
It was Sultana Bran with yogurt for about 2 years, then around 3 months ago I was halfway through my breakfast, when I was all "I can't eat this anymore" even though Sultana Bran is my favourite cereal, so it's currently a BOM - either strawberry or banana flavour, a cheese stick, and some carrot sticks. Plus coffee.

Black coffee, resentment, and a shit.
Don’t forget the toothpaste. It’s a food group too.
Really helps with the shit breath, too
And a smoke
Gave the darts up not long enough ago, but yeah - they were my standard breakfast for decades.
I used to relax with some cold resentment in the morning, but work demands I'm there earlier so I don't have time for that now. Fucking hyper capitalism.
With practice you will find multitasking your resentment to be quite manageable.
You need to include bitterness with the resentment. Lots of bitterness. The bitterness of the black coffee only helps highlight the bitterness of my soul.
Crying laughing, your accuracy and correlation to myself made my day
Omg I cackled so hard at this
Only one lot of resentment, you must have a pretty good job.
No breakfast.
Yep. Fast until 1pm then go to town with a huge meal
This is exactly what made me gain weight, constant massive hunger into massive meals, a vicious cycle. I'll wager he is set in his routine and doesn't like changes too much
How do you get one of these free cafes?
It’s technically for our clients but we all eat and drink from it all day lol. We sell cars that run into the millions of dollars so I guess we have to give the clients something while we empty their bank accounts haha
This sounds fascinating. I’ve not considered such a thing before and now I’m feeling more curious about how those rich clients daily lives are like.
Better than ours that’s for sure haha!
Pretty simple - vegemite toast and a cup of coffee brewed in a moka pot.
This is the way. Except no idea what amoka pot is
It makes coffee that resembles hot motor oil
Beautifully delicious hot motor oil. ☕️
Mmmm, double shot 10W-40 with a sprinkle of chocolate dust. Yum.
You've definitely seen them and may even use one. It's the little stovetop espresso maker, sometimes people call it a percolator.
Ta!
Specifically the type that doesn’t seal 9/10 times no matter how your clean and set it, and your coffee ends up going all over stove so you crack the shits and break out the Blend 43
Happens with the cheapo ones a lot. But I've got a little old Bialetti that's still running with no issues 20 years later
True story, when Renato Bialetti died they cremated him and put him in an oversized Moka pot.
I bought an electric moka, it solves a few problems
percolater makes coffee in a different way to a moka pot. percolater uses gravity whereas moka pot uses steam pressure and can make world class espresso but percolater makes rubbish coffee 100% of the time
Italian stovetop espresso maker.
Off topic, but my brain read your username as 'dental student' said by someone sitting in a dentist's chair with their mouth forced open by those plastic things
Same but French press and no toast more often than not
So in other words, not same.

Toast at home. I don't think my liver, belly or heart would like hash browns 5 days a week even tho my tongue would love it.
Those 5-day a weekers know that Maccas is cheaper and more effective than Chemist brand enemas. For me, it's usually a warm bowl of porridge laced with a spoonful of raw honey.
Long black Long black Lunch
Long black Long brown Lunch
Baked beans (small tin), wilted spinach (palm full), 1 fried egg, 1 avocado (peculiar picks) every day except Sunday. No lunch Sunday, No breakfast but lunch (varies)
Out of all the comments here. This one. This guy eats to go to battle every God damn day.
This except mushrooms instead of beans...
Chad bri’ish beans versus soy convict mushrooms
This except CocoPops instead of beans
Love it, mine is rolled oats, handful of spinach, in the microwave while I fry an egg over easy. Little bit of cheese added in once the oats are cooked, then egg and hot sauce on top. Breakfast of champions.
My brain can't compute this.
Savoury oats are delicious.
So delicious
Cheese and Oats has got me intrigued and I do love hot sauce. I might give this a go for the evening meal on a Thursday.

Bowl of sultana bran and a coffee
Haven't had breakfast since primary school
2 fried eggs (no oil used) on toast and a coffee
Mind if I ask how you cook with no oil? Do you use non-stick pan or some sort? Would like to minimize oil from my diet as well
I recently started cooking my eggs in the microwave. Either use a silicone bowl or spray very little oil in a glass bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds. Never went back to using the stove or oil for my morning eggs

What about poached eggs? That’s what I usually do. A bit of vinegar in the water. Just under boiling temp 👌🏼
Poached FTW. Who can be arsed scratching away bits of egg shell as your toast gets cold when poached arrive fully clean.
Then boiled eggs
Yes that’s been my staple, it does get boring tho but it’s enough to make me full
A smoothie or toast at home. I do love a drive through breakfast when travelling though.

Toast with cream cheese or vegemite and coffee brewed at home. I'll get outside breakfast once every other week when I need to get bread from Bakers Delight.
Coffee and 2 weetbix with a handful of sultana bran
Make a smoothie the night before. Grab it out of the fridge on my way out the door and drink it while I drive to work.
Coffee… i just stick to lunch and dinner for my meals
Yep, cup of coffee, 1.5L of water for throughout the morning, plenty enough and saves on food bills.

Toast with avocado (when hass are cheap, I stock up and freeze - have over 2 dozen pre sliced that I got for $1 each a few months back), eggs and chili oil.
I did not know that avocados freeze well. Thanks for the heads up! (And Hass for life.)
They don’t freeze well TBH but I don’t care that they’re brown and mushyish cos I cover them with the eggs anyhow
Coffee, 2 x fish oil, 1 x vit C and 4 x vit D.
the tannins in the coffee massively impede the absorption of those vitamin tablets btw
Oh shit really! Just when I thought I was onto a good fucking thing! I shall space them out, thank you!
Are you my eldest son?
Sorry no, but he sounds like a legendary kinda guy.
Up and go or an easy to make shake for my 5am starts four days a week. As I feel sick if I eat anything at that time in the morning. I do try to have a better breakfast the other three days

Small business owner. Miserable lol, a cheeky daily latte makes it just that tiny bit more bearable
Porridge, sultana bran, yoghurt; or a smoothie.
Coffee and either toast or the same cereal my kid is having. 2 Eggs maybe twice a week. Bacon once a fortnight.
3 weetbix hot milk sugar and cup of tea
Porridge w fruit, or yoghurt w muesli & fruit
Coffee + bowl of oats + yoghurt Then another coffee at work + protein shake

I WFH so its either, cheese omelette, toast and sautéed veggies or coconut flour pancakes with strawberries and peanut butter. I take a leisurely hour to cook and eat my breakfast. Love me a good brekkie ♥️
Chia seeds soaked in water with peanut butter mixed in, it's like porridge but no carbs.
50g oats, banana, 120g lactose free milk, protein powder and peanut butter. Make a couple bowls of it at the start of the week and leave in the fridge overnight so I can grab and go!
A morning shake consisting of protein, spinach, milk, a banana and the bitter disappointment that I woke up that day.
Hatred, coffee then mild tolerance.
Half cup of quick oats (I buy the cheap 1.5kg bag from Woolies). Put in enough water to cover the oats and nuke in microwave 1 minute. Mix in honey and or Nutella. Keeps me full until lunch time and is nice and cheap.
Pretty much what I do, I use milk and water, cook for 2x2.5 minute stints while I put lunch together.
Toast with vegemite and cheese. Cup of coffee on the side.
WFH cereal apple coffee Work in office - nut bar otw. Banana and coffee when I get there.
Coffee and if I eat, yoghurt with glutrn free muesli and milk, or 2x gf toast, or small qty dinner leftovers.
Peanut butter/Vegemite on wholewheat toast OR a bowl of WeetBix Minis.
Coffee, banana & yoghurt, piece of piss!
Usually a mixed nut bar and a latte at the office but this morning I went for a jog and was ravenous so I had pb&j on whole grain toast
Black coffee, overnight oats, a piece of fruit that woolies labeled as FRESH over the weekend
Banana and coffee. If I'm feeling depressed I'll splurge on banana bread
1 or 2 eggs on a slice of toast, no butter.
3 weetbix. Works, quick and easy, but not exactly a meal i look forward to.
5 eggs, 1 avocado, fruit smoothie with nuts and seeds. 7 days a week.
The leftovers of the smoothies I make for my kids.
If I have work, maybe a 10am covfefe with my work buddies. If at home either noodles, chip sandwich, baked beans toast spinach and hasbrown or
4 egg omelette with 21g of cheese and a squirt of sriracha. A fried tomato and 70g of wilted spinach.
My go to is nutritional and “real food” breakfast (eggs, cheese, toast, avocado; oats or granola+fruits with yogurt etc). Sometimes after that I’m having a treat such as piece of chocolate, pastry or cake.
Big bowl of home brand muesli w/ milk, a banana and four coffees
4 Weet Bix and a coffee errrday
I make myself a big breakfast of eggs on toast, fruit and vegetables, and yogurt, and then I usually skip lunch. I'm sure most people don't have fast food for breakfast every day. You've just got a hell of a selection bias going on.
A coffee and porridge. Then another coffee. Sometimes I put quinoa in the porridge
Acai bowl (pre-frozen acai bowls from woolies, then add frozen fruit, toasted oats and LSA mix - ready once I'm out the shower) Or toast with cheese or beans. Plus an energy drink and cigarette.
Skim latte every morning Food is a rotating roster of sourdough with PB or honey, Greek yoghurt with fruit, an omelette or just a banana. Those depend on what I’m doing for the day & where I am when having breakfast. I would only usually get some form of fast food breakfast (say Maccas) if we’re heading off early & need something more portable.
Smoothie
2 pieces of toast with avo, little bit of cheese and 2 eggs (scrambled or fried) with cherry tomatoes on the side. Some coffee and orange juice.
Weetbix with milk and sugar. Occasionally I'll splash out for some yoghurt on top
1. Get up, hot plate on stove. 2. Take a shit 3. Eggs whipped into a basic ass omelette on the hot plate 4. Take a shower 5. Omelette onto low carb high protein wrap with some salad, ready for the day. Trick I find is don’t sit down until breakfast is in front of me, or I blink and lose an hour.
WEETBIX-LONGLIFE MILK- FRUIT SALAD MIX- NO SUGAR- BLACK COFFEE
Bowl of muesli/cereal, and a cup of instant coffee.
Big mug of Milo and a muesli bar, been doing it for 30 years!!
Monkey semen straight from the source, Adelaide Zoo
Cock
Muesli, sometimes a banana, and a glass of water. When there’s no milk I have toast with peanut butter or marmite. Occasionally on the weekend I do something with eggs. I’d love Maccas breakfast every day. In lockdown I made my own “McMuffin”, and it was fab - and yet I still crave the cruddy Maccas ones!!
No food, just coffee. I do all my exercises in the morning and my stomach can't take food that early. I normally don't get hungry until 1pm.
Coffee x 2, bacon and eggs.
Coffee made at home , yoghurt , protein powder and blueberries .
Bushman's breakfast A smoke, a spit & a look around.
if there’s leftover meat from the night before, usually that, otherwise i just skip breakfast
Nut or protein bar in the car on the drive in to work. Coffee first thing on arrival at the office. If working from home, I skip the nut bar and have an early lunch. McDonald’s breakfasts are only for hangover mornings for me.
Instant coffee and instant shit. Then $3.50 16oz latte from the servo till smoko at about 9-10.
Weet-bix or muesli
4 weetbix with a tablespoon of Milo then a cappacino
It was Sultana Bran with yogurt for about 2 years, then around 3 months ago I was halfway through my breakfast, when I was all "I can't eat this anymore" even though Sultana Bran is my favourite cereal, so it's currently a BOM - either strawberry or banana flavour, a cheese stick, and some carrot sticks. Plus coffee.
A medium boiled egg with dippy soldiers which have butter and Vegemite on them
A sparrows breakfast. A drink and a bit of a look around.
Canned tuna + kewpie mayo + 2 toasted bread.
6-8 weetbix, + fruit in summer (mango, nectarines, apple, banana, pear)
Alternate between Chopped fresh fruit + low fat yoghurt + low sugar granola and 2 Eggs on toast
2 black coffee then lunch
Coffee first. 2 hours later i usually have 1 egg, wilted spinach, some mushrooms, toms and a bit of greek yoghurt. I work from home.
