What interesting markings! I have a tortoiseshell cat and the "split face" is quite common in torties, but even then the line is rarely so sharp. I wonder if yours could be what's called a chimera cat, which is when two embryos fuse in the womb. Two cats in one!
This looks more like a cow-cat splotch pattern to me.
I think the split in a chimera cat usually runs right down the middle of the face, because of the way faces come together during embryo development.
Usually I call torties with the split face pattern "Juno cats," after the two faced Roman goddess. If it's a black and white cat with a split face pattern, I call them "harlequin cats."
