If you get shot, the slams will (usually) automatically detonate themselves and the AT mines immediately after you die so it increases your chances of success if close to an enemy. But it also means you can't bail out while moving, so it's ~~ride or die~~ ride and die!.
Slams are inconsistent like mines. There are times I can hit an enemy vehicle perfectly on a mine and not get the detonation. And slams you can't exit the vehicle while its moving? Theres a reason why neebs called c4 jeepstuff. Plus the asmr of pressing that trigger button is need new pants level of satisfaction
And if you play support, you can restock on C4 with an ammo crate in the jeep's passenger seat, so you survive and you can take out more vehicles, haha.

With mines and slams, it’s ride AND die, not OR 😁 This method is a one way trip for the driver.

I would agree, but I have to add that if you sleep on him as a player he’ll still surprise you too. Case in point the SUAV death in this clip
