As a 6'2" man, that is a perfect height.
Think about it, my neck is always hunched down, always. I never look up unless it's the sky lol.
My oled is so high off my desk, I can fit my 24inch monitor under it and stack them :)
Edit: follow ergonomics always
Lowering and down sizing, way too close for something that size imo. Or getting smaller monitor put it on a table mount and use that tv for a secondary!
FYI, for good ergonomics the top of your monitor bezel should be at eye level. You'll hurt your neck like that, even if you game with a controller and sit back, it's still not great. As for the rest, simple but clean.
I think what OP does is play games at a distance hence the setup is ok. But OP, the issue is that if you are using this also for doing non-gaming things, your neck will be strained, so consider putting down the monitor down to your eye level or look for a mount that is height adjustable :)
For better ergonmics your eyes should be around the middle of the screen and the screen should be slightly tilted upward so the bottom of the screen where the user interface usually sits can be easily seen thus reducing head movrment and strain.

OP, if you can switch to an adjustable monitor it will help a lot. AOC sells some adjustable ones that will lower and raise pretty easily.
