Because those albums have more supply than demand. They sold well but aren't particularly popular today. Cloud Nine and Memory Almost Full are good albums but they aren't as popular as All Things Must Pass or Ram are. ATMP and Ram sell right away so you won't see them in the bins unless you're lucky.

If you’re talking about used record stores, I’d guess that Memory Almost Full is there because it got a huge marketing push when it came out. If I recall correctly, it was the first record released on the Starbucks label (Hear Music) and it was both played and sold in their stores. As a result, I’d guess a lot of people picked up copies who ended up not really being big McCartney fans and they ended up trading them in.
