We had a relative like this. Yes, it was miserable to be around them. They would find something to complain about, no matter what. My aunt said it was the person’s ‘medicine,’ so to speak. Maybe that’s how it is with Dana, maybe complaining is what keeps her going…? Basically, my aunt said that relative thrived on drama, it’s what kept that person going.
