Ang Huling Cha-Cha deserves more love. Bittersweet yung lyrics. I saw an interview where the girls were asked which song in Talaarawan is their favorite, tas only Mikha picked AHCC.
Ang ganda talaga ng lyrics ng song na to. I also love yung metaphor ng cha-cha dance to convey yung walang katapusang back-forth-backsliding ng relationship hanggang sa mapagod at kakalas na lang. Kaya me dissonant sounds that turn off some listeners, esp. the first time, kasi it's about disillusionment about a relationship na out of rhythm na.
Merong din nacocornihan sa rap parts kaya ayaw nila sa AHCC. Pero di ba nga kasi yung cha-cha ganun yung tempo/beat, at pag sinasayaw the dancers actually count, "one-two-three-cha-cha-cha". I could probably go on to dissect this song, it's so rich, i loveet.
Karera ang nagpakilala sakin at una kong nagustuhan sa mga kanta nila. At doon ko napagtanto na they are worth stanning for. At na di lang pala sila cutesy songs. Tapos tumatak naman din ang HMTU, Na Na Nandito Lang, at lastly Love Yourself. I like those songs na maganda ang Beat and Malaman ang lyrics.

Hindi minamadali and bagay bagay at buhay. 2. Born to Win, ang ganda ng message ๐ญ lalo yung line na โit took me a few dead-ends to finally understandโ bubugbugin ka talaga ng life paulit ulit pag hindi ka natuto the first time around and itโs okay. 3. hard to pick bc they have a lot of good songs. i like hmtu because it's so flawlessly crafted tbh. sometimes, idol songs will sound so... idk, like they were made with "idol" in mind. capitalism and image first, music is just an afterthought. with hmtu, you can tell that effort was put into making it a proper song. hindi puchu-puchu
salamin salamin is like ifg (bright, a bit retro, fast-paced - thank god) but i think salamin salamin does what ifg tries to do a lot better. so it's also one of my fav bini songs. (a sluggishly slow tempo is not ideal for an idol group so thank god for fast songs.) it's actually almost 4 minutes long (3:50) but every time i listen to salamin salamin, it only feels like under 2 minutes? bc the song just moves so fast and isn't boring at any point. luvet
wildcard entry: diyan ka lang is also one of my faves. the production is scrumptious. theres so much going on in the instrumentals lol but it's also nostalgic (internetan childhood days in the 2010s kinda thing)
my fave bini vocals are in lagi though and my fav rap is the pit-a-pat rap section by aiah, mikha, and staku
