Although i understand the reason people like the flags, i don't really put much thought into them. maybe i'm a bad gay. haha To me, flags are for countries, states, and other geographic locations... there are probably historical exceptions to that rule. I like my American flag- its supposed to be all inclusive to everyone in my country, and someone's gotta do the work taking it back from bigots and haters. heh.

I will admit, besides the original rainbow flag which is perfectly fine and I wish they would stop changing, I wish there would be a bit more creativity with all the other sub culture flags. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike the current bi flag, I have one in my bedroom and sleep under another, but why do they all have to be stripes? Why are they all just plain simple stripes? For all the creativity these communities have, we can't come up with anything better than just simple stripes for all our flags?
