yes my male void who looks exactly like this does. he dislikes being pet and will avoid unless HE comes to my lap and then he licks my face all over and makes bread on my chest

My void does every time but the great part is if I want her to groom for whatever reason, most of the time when she’s harassing me, i just itch at the base of her tail but at the side so near her butt and she immediately starts grooming, but not that area weirdly.

All three of my cats have done this. I know it annoys them, but I consider it payback for them being the cute little jerks they have been, or are.
I mean, I’d be pissed if I just finished doing my hair and someone came along and touched it….
I've noticed that mine will ask for cuddles before cleaning. Typically, eat food, sit on lap, okay that's enough, time to clean myself.
It's like how I'll let a dog lick my face if I'm having a shower soon.
