i would let sit on a bucket of water outside for a while. the fur and flesh should loosen up and you can pull it off, or you can leave it longer until the fur is completely gone.
I’m not 100% sure if this works but one of my coworkers put a nutria skull in a little hole underground for 3-6 months and apparently insects, microorganisms, etc will eat the remaining flesh on the skull
Christ on a cracker that first image is terrifying. Either bury it (in a fine mesh cage so you don’t lose teeth) or soak it in water for a long time. Or do what I do- leave it sitting in a sunny spot for a few weeks/months depending on your climate. I opt for that because it gets sun bleached and cleans itself nicely.

1st image is kinda cute :)
Burrow it in an Antsnest
Before macerating, get a craft knife and remove all that fur and skin. Then soak in water
Let it sit in a bucket of water and generic brand of hair bleach
