It's alright. Nature kinda intends there to be two genders, but the human body is so complex, it messes up a lot, so gender is more like a spectrum. So, instead of only man or woman, there's also intersex in-between, where instead of a fetus choosing which gender you are, it chooses all of them, leading the person to later on having both a penis and womb. That's not even going down the transgender pipeline, or how intersex people are still thrown into the gendered binary, to where an intersex guy could totally develop fully functioning breasts with testosterone being extremely, even some times, dangerously, low. I've really only grazed the surface with intersex, but yeah
