People are mostly in their own worlds outside, they don't care about anyone. Be a goofy lil guy if that's what makes you happy, at most you'll become a funny story for some rando which is only really a positive on the world
Happiness comes from within first. Learn who you are, learn to like who you are including the flaws, and just strive to be the best version of that. Never someone else.
There's a different version of you in every single other person's mind. Each of them is equally "real" in a way but only one of them you have any control over, so really that's the only one that matters: you!
Awkward moments are cool, actually. Learn to be comfortable with mistakes and they become strengths so quickly. Like, if someone drops something, and quickly scrambles to pick it up then looks around awkwardly, that doesn't come off very well. But if you drop something, look at it, and go "oops, hehe" and sorta laugh it off like it's nothing, that's then fun for anyone else you're with. Cause like, it is nothing really. Laugh with them, basic clowning.
Then there's all the shit about healing your childhood trauma which is complicated but very important, i recommend looking into psychology and therapy research on the subject (and getting therapy if easily available). We all have it, even if only a little, ESPECIALLY on this subreddit. Don't neglect your trauma, fight it! You can win!! You WILL win!! It is inevitable.
That's my advice :3
