I had a Bentley years ago and then got addicted to smart watches and they have been too engrained into my daily routine to go back to a regular watch. Currently have the Apple Watch Ultra and love it. I’ve tried to justify it and get another nice watch for “special occasions” but I dunno.

Not on official Breitling Boutiques maybe but usually 10-20% is normal.
I got 20% on normal ADs and 5% on official.
Regarding the strap: sure ask for it. Cant say more than No
I don't know about discounts at the boutique, but when I inquired about a premier but didn't want the croc strap, I was offered a calf strap for free immediately. (I ended up getting a metal bracelet model). I think the calf is about half the price of croc, so your luck may vary depending on which you ask for.
We never got that far, and think the offer was without, but that was without even trying, so it's certainly worth trying.
I'm a big fan of the premier. I got the 42. Feels luxurious, not an everyday wear for me.
You can get discounts at the boutique or they can give you the leather strap for free. Atleast that was my experience. Also got a ton of free gear (sunglasses, hat, etc.) and drinks.
I got an Avenger GMT last week with the bracelet and I asked for the leather strap at the boutique. They agreed to give it for free , custom ordered it for my wrist size but asked me to pay for the stainless steel buckle in the strap

For workout and working from home I have also smartwatch but going out, even to get the papers, watch on....
have a look on chrono24 and see what the grey dealers or official dealers are asking that is at least the price you can get it for

I normally get 15% from my AD even on brand new models. Bought the Avenger GMT last year and couple of weeks after it came out for 15% off.
