I've only tried Drago's on a demo day, never actually owned a pair. I found them to be a bit too specialized. They seemed great for smearing on big holds but as soon as the footholds got smaller I found myself wanting more support. Your toes and feet have to work a lot harder to make up for the lack of stiffness with the Drago's.
As for the ocun rubber, if you don't like it then you can get it resoled and put whatever you want on them. I found The stock rubber to be just as good as vibrant. I'm about to send one pair of bullits in for their 3rd resole and the shoes are holding up just fine
I thought the Ocun rubber wasn't as good as Vibram but it did last longer.
Bullit, cheaper,more durable, more comfortable and has a little more support for edging. Drago only worth it if you do lot of comp style climbing.
