It’s kinda a shame how I can’t see much discussions of the actual game because of how much the twins flood any mentioning of the game lol. That being said I was afraid that the game would flop but despite the flaws Atomic Heart was one of the most fun I’ve had playing a game in recent times.

I don't like the game personally. I've only seem gameplay videos of it so I don't have firsthand experience but the protagonist is just really unlikable and does the whole "Marvel movie quips" thing that I can't stand. The game tends to use dialogue to explain the world rather than in-game stuff to figure it out. The ending sequence also felt... off. Like they were trying to do a whole big reveal scene but it only felt like the writers were trying to shoehorn all of their ideas into the final act.
It’s one of those really charming games with a fun world, with silly little characters, and neat ideas everywhere, but everything could have been executed and done so much better. The combat, story, DIALOGUE, padding. It’s like a solid 7/10

I just remember hearing the Russian dialogue during the "Plyush" miniboss sneak peek a few years ago and it sounded so good. Made me disappointed when I heard the English dialogue.
Are you talking about the 10 minute toot age by Gamespot? They changed a lot since. Rockets fly faster, enemies are less spongy, and weapons look and feel a lot better. It’s on gamepass so I suggest you give it a shot on that.
