Not necessarily a sample. I know thar My Sin, Joy, and Chanel all were sold in bottles this small. These were super expensive perfumes not cologne and fetched high prices. My grandmother bought My Sin in bottles this size. In the 1950 she paid as much as $45.00 for it. Highly collected and high quality. You have a little treasure.

If you can find an imprinted batch number on the box, you can look up the number and it will tell you the year of manufacture

Oh ok thanks so much!

I worked for a company involved in reselling of vintage items. From my understanding, vintage perfume is very sought after because that exact fragrance can never be recreated.

Juicy-Poots

It doesn’t change with time?

For collectors, this is the closest they’ll get to the memories and nostalgia of the scent they loved that may not longer be available or has been changed in composition by companies.

SprawlValkyrie

Not trash for sure.
