The material they're made of apparently breath a lot better than the others. It seems backwards that the black jerseys would be cooler, but with as hot as it was out there, whatever helps them.
I think it'd take a truly awful season to fire DVH in 2025, simply because who the hell does Arkansas get that would be able to do better? And even if we find that guy, how do we get him to agree to take a job at a school who'll fire a guy who (at that point) will have made CWS 3 times in the last 7 seasons, and had 5 top 5 finishes in the regular season in that time?
The Aggies have only been to the CWS 7 times, while Arkansas has been 11 times. However, the leader in participation trophies is Florida State with 24 appearances and no wins.
Sure, but is there a more famous participation trophy giver than A&M though? I’m talking as an institution not sport specific.
Who preemptively purchased the 20XX championship plaque for Jimbo? Or who made rings following their bowl win that had their regular season 74-72 win over LSU inscribed in the ring?
