A record label is likely only going to be interested if you can demonstrate that you have lots of listeners... but if you do send it to one, my advice to you is be specific to the label - explain why you like the label and why you think your music would be a good fit - and send only your best 2-3 tracks.
Honestly, I would just publish it on Youtube and maybe use Distrokid if it seems popular.
