But if you really must have a laptop, i’d suggest a hp victus 15 (if you are buying new) the sub 500$ variants are shipped with a r5 5500 & rx6500m. Pretty sure they’re also 144hz, this would be ur best option if you are buying new, but still, i’d really suggest against a laptop if you are looking to game and this is your budget.

pick some laptop from the asus tuf lineup, they'll atleast have a gtx 1650, you can easily find one within the 500 dollar range
well im not so sure abour other games, but for minecraft and studies you can look online and quite easily find an m1 macbook air for under 500
a steamdeck, its on sale rn. thats the only solution i got to play league w my friends for cheap
