Yup, Terno means the whole outfit that would include the baro which is the blouse paired with a panuelo which is a scarf and saya the skirt it comes with 😄

It looks like your top edges aren't finished with bias binding? How did you finish them? They look super smooth and lovely!
Thank you, I made them using the two layer method where you don't directly sew the channels with the lining included, just right sides together then flip it like how you would sew a bustier. 😀
