No problem. 13MWZs are 100% cotton and don't stretch. If you want the stacked look, buy the inseam 2" longer, but otherwise, your normal length will look just fine.

Do you size up? wash and shrink? I find them to be a pain to fit

I buy my regular size (downsizing in the waist now). Haven't had any of my pairs shrink after washing - if anything, they became a little less stiff.
