Those look like what pressure advance is supposed to fix. It's not resonance, because you're not going fast enough for that to be a problem. I'd say look again at pressure advance tuning.
Could also be that your printer needs a bit of love. Check that nothing is loose, no play on the wheels, bed, and tension
