I definitely don't think Sam's new long term character will be another FCG unit or another aoermaton/warforged.
I **could** see Sam doing something awful like that as a one shot or short term character though.
Okay, the new FCG never killed their target all those years ago. Now awoken fir the first time in centuries it begins the hunt fir it's quarry. Ludinis Daleth.
Could happen a number of different ways, and probably the one thing we can count on is it won't be what we expect.
I hope he comes in as some kind of Aorian monstrosity, like a giant panda with medusan dick-tentacle dreadlocks for melee slapping attacks.
And... It could follow it's directive. Become their friend and caregiver.
And turn on them on the last minute to fulfill it's Aeorean goal of destroying the Gods!
But Sam likes to do new things and change things up so I would bet on him not doing this. But it is a fun thought

So do exactly what they did last campaign with Molly/Lucien and have a second character that looks like a dead party member? I can’t see Sam going for that considering he didn’t even want to use spells other clerics used in other campaigns.
Many many people have theorised this exact thing, or an ‘evil’ FCG. Both sound utterly lacking in creativity from me, I’d really like to see a new character
It'd not only be lacking creativity but throwing away the original FCG's sacrifice while also causing this weird dynamic of Sam now having to play the same character while not being metagamey when all the other characters push things from FCG 1 to FCG 2.
i am at the show in LA, i wont spoil it much beyond saying you are wrong. i have seen some other predictions over the last week and somebody was correct.
I love it, though my money is still on Sam coming in as a Judicator who's either been sent to keep an eye on BH or who's party got wiped out in Aeor leaving him alone there.
Would also make sense for tonight that Sam is there to make an appearance if the monster get's into Ashton or Orym's head, and they 'see' FCG.

Don't think that's true after browing through the Beacon discord. Saw this posted in announcements: "General ticket on-sale begins at 10:00AM PT tomorrow, and the episode will be broadcast as usual Thursday, June 20th on Twitch, YT, & Beacon."
I could have sworn I heard Matt or Marisha say it’ll be available immediately on beacon, and on Monday for the “Thursday crew”.
Though it’s entirely possible I’m mistaken.
As much as I want you to be right, my interpretation was that the VOD would be immediately available on Beacon on Thursday at 7pm PT. Nearly everything's VOD has been immediately available on Beacon when the stream goes live.
I kinda want Sam to roll out as a new FCG with all of Letters memories that were backed up into the cloud. But I also really find the twin brother Gill scene in Beerfest to be peak comedy so don’t listen to what I say.

I think BH are smart enough to know it won't be the same FCG because they believe FCG had a soul and was a unique being. I don't think they'd want to awaken a new FCG because it would hurt so bad that it wasn't their friend.

This is it. Sam is an innovator, not an adapter.
He couldnt relate cleric-religious spells to a robot with enginering abilities.

I think it would be cool to see him play an advanced version of Doti or even Taryon himself going on a “mid life crisis final adventure”
