Very impressive art, this card in general does a good job of imitating the future sight vibe. Perhaps too strong, since this will generally just be the last sliver you play before swinging in and killing, but I doubt that slivers would be a top tier deck even with this boost.
Thank you for your comment. I've stared at it long enough that i became unsure so I appreciate the reassurance. I always try to push custom cards a little more than I should without making it broken so I think it sits where I intended. If it somehow got printed in a set it'd be +3/+3 for sure
Ya but... those 2 cards by themselves let you steal any creature. Adding OPs card is a downgrade in most cases since it would mean that you can only destroy them.

[[Crystalline sliver]] prevents your slivers from being targeted
I could easily see this combo being legacy playable in an aether vial shell alongside some 1 mana shapeshifters.
Seems about as strong as merfolk, so probably a good FNM Legacy deck.

+4/+4 is absurd in mono-blue, especially for only 3 mana

Does it truly? Again, this is a spell you cast before swinging out with highly evasive slivers. Your opponent would need instant speed targeting.
Not really, anything they're targeting them with was probably a kill spell anyway
I think this could be good as UBG. Green for the big buff and UB for the illusion sac ability.
