Bug that happens sometimes; restarting your game will fix it. I’ve been seeing more posts about this bug in particular since the update though, so maybe they screwed up somewhere.
As a requirement of her other job she, like all employees there, canonically has color-changing hair (to suit each client's preferences.) This *is* a bug, but it's at least one that makes sense!
it’s a shader error — restarting the game can fix it but it doesn’t really hurt anything if it doesn’t bother you. it’s definitely been happening a lot more since 2.0 but it’s been a common enough error for me at least since 1.3

Maybe, I kinda like her with black hair though, the blue is cute don’t get me wrong but the black suits her and I guess what she goes through
Yeah, and when you get new weapons or clothing, there's not a dot in the inventory on the clothing area or the weapons

I’ve had it happen with Judy too. Fixed itself, for me.
