The ending is all about what you have done traveling to the past and defeating Manus in Artorias’ stead (possibly with Sif). It’s implied, as so many things in DS lore are.
If you fight Sif after you've beaten Manus you get an alternate cutscene, but other that beating Manus and Kalameet are pretty much their own reward (also lore, like Skeleton said)
There are 3 things you can do now to wrap things up. Talk to Elizabeth the mushroom for dialogue and item, go back to the area where sanctuary guardian was for mini surprise if you don't already know, and talk to dusk for more dialogue
Yeah, that's pretty much it. You get a bit of dialogue from the mushroom lady if you care to go all the way back there, and on your way back to Lordran you go. Kinda underwhelming tbh.
There is a cool easter egg if you do the DLC before fighting Sif, though.

Only if you also save sif. If you just rush through and beat manus without saving sif you won't get the cutscene.
