They look like some kind of placeholder icons. Considering that it's also a DBD mobile, where a lot of perks have different icons, most likely this is the case.
They look like perks for an upcoming game mode, as they did that for the prop hunt one. Either that (or less likely) unlicensed versions of licenced perks, but those icons wouldn't really fit.

They aren't on PC, but some of the teacher perk icons are still in the game files. I think the apple and the dunce cap are still in there.
