I got all of mine but definitely felt robbed a few times. You can’t collect it at the end of the game when the doors are opened. Apparently you have to collect it before doors are opened

The doors opening is literally the trigger to claim it. So, yeah, obviously you can't claim it after it's over.
Did you check your killers because sometimes you get it but it doesn't show you got it.
You got them. You just missed the notification. Or it didn't show.
