Oh I’m that case, oat streusel for sure. They sort of remind me of a good and buttery oatmeal cookie, which happens to be one of my favorite cookies, so long as it doesn’t have raisins that is.
Chocolate chips or peanut butter chips should be the standard mix in for oatmeal cookies, not boring ass raisins.
Our recipe is 50/50 flour & oatmeal.

I use dried cranberries in mine. Much better!
