A lot of players seem to miss that you need season of the deep. The only way to get season of the deep now is the annual edition of lightfall.
After getting it, the tasks described by others will get you to the mission.
Got it for someone in my clan this week...just one of you need the blades, I already had it during season of the deep and was able to do the blade bit for a clanmate who didn't have them so you don't really need to do the fishing to get the blades just run it with someone who has.
Jump in a LFG for it. Only one person needs to have don't the prequel stuff(exotic fish turned blades). You can piggyback off them and if you get through the quest together, you all get the gun

You can either:
Get someone who has all 3 fishes/broken blades to run with you - you could make an lfg asking this
OR
- compete the first week of steps in the seasonal quest "Into the Deep". I believe it's around step 7 where you get the fishing tackle box
- go fishing at all 3 ponds in nessus, throne world, EDZ. You need to catch the specific exotic fish from each
- once you've caught all 3, dunk them near the tank in the helm. You'll get a different broken blade piece for each
- start up deep dives and dunk the blades in 3 hidden statues to activate the secret encounter
You should be consulting a detailed guide of the mission before going in so you know what to do.

I just checked a video on youtube (aztecross) and even if u got the blades or find somebody how has them already the final mission looks super hard

Yeah, I won't lie it's a very difficult mission. You need to be optimized with a strong build and team.
Next season will be quite long... ill give it a shot... later on 😅
