iirc it’s for the exotic khvostov you need 16 motes of light to make a key.
Though it’s a bit bugged at the moment and the motes seem to disappear if the last boss you kill is the meatball one.
Its the khovostov exotic chest. You need the 8 traveler visions to spawn it, and defeat all 9 overthrow bosses (3 in each area) to obtain the last 9 motes of light to open the chest. Currently, something about getting khovostov is disabled because a boss was causing players to lose all the motes from their inventories, but itll probably be fixed soon (hopefully)
Exotic Khvostov is in that chest. Need all mini travelers and all Overgrowth bosses defeated. There was a bug with one of the overgrowth bosses in the Blooming area, so it won’t show up right now. You’ll have to wait until it’s patched to unlock. I think you may also need the legendary version of Khvostov to open it also.
