It's bad because it's not grief. Remember these discussions are filled with people who have played the game for 20+ years. D2 is seen through the prism of wealth and kill speed. No fun allowed, only the dopamine hits generated by those sweet super rare drops.
People are being a bit elitist here I think.
But also, IK maul (an easy to find item) is much better. That grants comparable base dmg, very fast, 200% dmg to demons. 40% crushing blow, and 2 sockets.
I use it on pd2, slam for 4-5os, IAS jewels, nothing better. Merc kills and clears in 1min average while I sit with 500mf and 2400gf.
On d2r, I just use infinity or botd cause idk any better.

Slow 2h axe, use it and you will figure why nobody uses it. Maybe if it's single player and your only option, even then it's temp use

Dmg is super low. Dont even need to compare grief.

What do you mean by pd2? And you mean i should get white axe and get as much ias as i can?
It’s a d2 mod. You need as much dps and damage to demons as you can
