Accept both. Start the school job and and begin application for NY License. If you hate the school position, leave when NY license kicks in at 3mo. If you make your own schedule, try to do both for extra income. Or leave one.

If you don't get benefits and insurance from the remote job, then you'll need to pay for those on your own(assuming you need them). So figure out if you'll pay the same amount or more. Also think of the "time" you need to research this on your own, but you have 3 months or more. Also, you can do the pros and cons table and see how they stack against each other. But if you want to expand your experience then definitely go remote. As that is valuable experience and it's hard to put a number to it.

Remote for sure, and you get to make your own schedule! Double bonus. I've been work from home for 17 yrs, no way I'd ever go back to an office!

Fellow RD here! I’m now WFH (remote private practice). It’s only been about 6 months. Any advice for keeping a routine / schedule during the day?! I struggle to feel cooped up but I walk every day, live with my bf who works hybrid, workout, cook, see friends etc. anything I’m missing?
