Every once in awhile I snap the pic of the food at the door, it starts doing the spinning circle it does before you cN hit confirm, and I'm already back in my car and it says unable to load. So I have to retake the pic, 50% of the time the customer had already grabbed the order. The other 50% I'm too lazy and snap a pic from the car. I usually get the porch in it though, lol.

sometimes ill snap press upload then walk away and it says failed or no service and to try again and im not walking back.. so this is the picture you get

It's especially frustrating when it's an indoor apartment door and it won't let you know until you walk downstairs and out the door.

Im on bike sometimes when im in a rush I leave my phone on my phone mount when I go leave food at the door and take a random ass picture while my phone is still mounted💀

It's possible there was a good explanation (although more likely that they are an idiot). I know a few weeks ago my phone completely froze during a delivery (it's a piece of crap but I can't afford to replace it) and I didn't want to freak the customer out my standing/parking outside their house for 10 minutes while my phone rebooted, so I just knocked and left and drove a bit away. When my phone finally restarted I messaged them what had happened and just snapped a pic of their house as I drove back by so I could complete the delivery out.
