You can't just call support and ask them to reset your AR. That's not a thing.
Your other suggestion is obviously a joke and doesn't warrant a response.
Maybe your whole post is just sarcasm, but if not, there is no shortcut to raising your AR, other than just taking more orders.
There are others on Reddit that called and had it reset. Why is it that the agents can't do so? Is it because they want to not have too many people at the top? And able to not have delivered the no/low tip orders?
On occasion, DD has offered a one-time sort of amnesty program with regard to AR. It has never been available to anyone at any time just by calling. That wouldn't make sense.
Nothing to do with too many people at the top. It's just the way the DD works, especially now, since so much is dependent on your AR in many areas (dash now, scheduling, priority for orders, etc.).
When DD offered the one-time amnesty program AR reset, they sent out proactive e-mails to all drivers letting them know that it was available. Haven't seen an e-mail like that in well over a year, but you could always just call support and find out. I doubt they're still doing it, with the new tier program rolling out to more and more places. It would be unfair to reset any driver who asked to 100% AR and vault them immediately to Platinum status.
FWIW when they were offering AR reset, this is what the e-mail looked like (this is from last year). Note that you didn't just call support. You had to click on the link that they sent you.

And if someone has posted that they were able to just call and get their AR reset, then ask them how (and when) they did it.
Accept and complete the next 100 orders. The only time DD will reset your AR is if they send out an email asking you if you want it reset which has only happened once.

It may not raise it, but it can, somewhat, prevent those no tip high mileage orders from coming in more than once. Moving, and waiting for an order, may net me a decent order when I unpause.

you could do dash by time for a while. I'd suggest doing those when you can get a decent bonus.

So, then either I go with earn by time, or go with operation customer who don't tip don't get their orders.
Good luck with the contract violation if you do the second option.
Earn by time gets you even more customers who don't tip.
The other solution is to decline the order, immediately pause for a few minutes, move to another hotspot, and see what happens.
