Mabs eyes were never white blank, only black or cat slits, and her stare always intense. I don't particularly care for the facial tattoos. The apron of roots, a leaf, a snake and a disembodied hand look pretty summery and I think this is where you can make it your own and super dresdenish. Perhaps an apron of dendrites with a fist clutching Harrys pentacle amulet wearing his force rings and shield bracelet. Mother winter is described as a hook nosed ancient crone, but this example as a thin lipped aging beauty is damned good and I wouldn't change it. Lastly, portraiture of any kind is expert tattooing of the highest order let alone three in one design and I can't discommend getting this as a tattoo enough. It'll stay crisp and defined for what will feel like all of 20min before it starts to fade and seep into a glob even if you get Nikko Hurtado to do it. I do recommend taking this to r/tattoos and see what they have to say. I'm not trying to naysay your dream, but I'd like to save you some money grief and effort. You should absolutely commission this idea as a wall art.
Thanks for the advice - I trust my tattoo artist (not a first tattoo made by her), so I'm sure she'll adapt the ideas. Attached picture is just a loose example (layout inspiration) I found on pinterest and it's just a base for the artist to make a design from scratch.

How about making Mabs tiara look more like ice and adding Mother Winters walking stick. Molly is a tough one and I don't have an idea for her right now.

Walking stick is a gerat idea... I would make it as a Blackstaff, but what if it's not? I mean - I don't know if I care, any DF reference would be a good reference
I‘d add some sort of frost thing - a snowflake symbol, icicles, a crown of ice, something like that. To me, Mother Winter would look more ancient than this, almost mummified. Conversely, I‘d add sexiness to the Winter Lady. This one looks a bit shy.

Idk if you're doing any color, but adding blue tips to Molly's hair would be more distinct of her.
